Our Mission

The Lifetime Learning Center (LLC), a nonprofit educational institution since 1981, is a resource all older adults in the Seattle area should know about.

Our mission is to provide a program for older adults to enrich their educational and cultural knowledge and physical well-being in an intellectually stimulating and socially supportive environment.

Directions To Lifetime Learning Center

We are now located in the John Marshall School at
520 Northeast Ravenna Blvd. Seattle, WA 98115.

(Just north of 65th and south of Green Lake on Ravenna Blvd.)

We recently moved from our Sand Point location to John Marshall School on Ravenna Blvd.

Parking is available. Access is level, with no steps or stairs. Classrooms are equipped with comfortable chairs. Coffee and refreshments are available in a lounge.

Taking The Bus To LLC & Map

#48 comes from Ballard/Loyal Heights to Ravenna Blvd. In the other direction, the #48 comes from the Mt. Baker neighborhood. The 48 will drop you off at LLC's doorstep.

#64 comes from downtown and First Hill to the Park and Ride at Ravenna and 65th, a short walk from the school.

The #16 comes from downtown.

The #66 travels from downtown to the U-district via 12th Ave. Transfer at 65th St. to one of several buses travelling a short distance west to Ravenna Blvd.
